Hi,
My grandmother died at my mother and father’s home here in America after falling prey to evil-doers several times at her small house in England. My grandfather passed when he was about fifty.There is no rhyme or reason to how things go at the house in PA, and I fear that my mother may have mishandled the disposition of my grandmother’s remains. I know that she wanted desperately to return to England and that she longed for her husband. She was left to care for my sick uncle, who I have just posted about, all alone, and had a terrible time with it. But at least she had her son, sick as he may have been, not so her daughter, who left England behind.I will only say that I was desperate for her at the little “cottage” she stayed in at my mother’s house and that I was prevented from paying my last respects.
